This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all mentoring packages and digital services offered by MindDhara Pvt. Ltd. through https://minddhara.com.

MindDhara provides personalized, time-based mentorship and guidance services. Since expert time and program resources are reserved specifically for each client, certain limitations apply.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined based on the status of service consumption:

No sessions have started

Eligible for refund, subject to deduction of administrative & onboarding costs

1 or more sessions completed

No refund for services already delivered

Digital resources already provided

May result in partial or no refund depending on usage

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: hello@minddhara.com

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You miss sessions without prior notice
  • You fail to schedule sessions within plan validity
  • You change your goals mid-program
  • External factors (university decisions, visa outcomes, etc.) influence your expectations

Mentoring outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on your active participation and effort.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a pre-booked session:

  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance
  • Short-notice cancellations may be marked as completed

MindDhara will provide alternate scheduling if a mentor reschedules or faces technical issues.

Service Suspension

MindDhara may temporarily pause services for:

  • Non-payment
  • Misconduct, harassment, or breach of terms
  • Misuse of intellectual property or confidential materials

No refund will be applicable in such cases.

Policy Updates

MindDhara reserves the right to modify this policy when necessary. Continued service use confirms acceptance of the latest terms.
